• All bookings for readings, speaking engagements, or one-on-one consultations require full payment in advance.

• All fees paid are nonrefundable, including cancellations or no-shows. However, clients may request to reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment date, based on availability.

All quotes provided by this website or by Lashonder S. Demery automatically convert into invoices upon customer approval.
By accepting a quote, the client acknowledges and agrees that payment is due upon receipt and that all payments are nonrefundable.
